Senior Technical Product Manager (Advertising Media Lab)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is self-reliant, results-oriented, and possesses strong communication and technical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the digital streaming ecosystem, working with dynamic ad insertion and cross-functional teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with content providers, ad vendors, and product teams to onboard Dynamic Ad Insertion for LIVE and VOD streaming.
  • Analyze content streams (SCTE-104/SCTE-35) and use tools such as Charles Proxy, Wireshark, and Postman.
  • Integrate advanced Prebidding solutions with OTT platforms (Roku, Fire TV).
  • Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to address digital advertising challenges using Java, HTML5, FFMPEG, and JavaScript.
  • Manage ad certification, defect tracking, and provide estimates, ensuring projects are completed on time.
  • Manage advertising technologies, including VAST, VMAP, and SCTE-104/35 standards, while leading integration with third-party vendors and tools like Freewheel and SpotX
  • Oversee certification, analytics, and issue tracking using platforms such as Jira, Grafana, and Splunk.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the digital streaming ecosystem with content providers and product teams.
  • 3+ years of experience with Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI) for LIVE/VOD streaming, including SCTE-104/SCTE-35 content stream analysis using Charles Proxy, Wireshark, and Postman.
  • 3+ years of experience integrating Pre Bidding solutions with OTT clients (Roku, Fire TV) and third-party vendors (SpotX, Amazon).
  • Proficiency with Java, HTML5, FFMPEG, JavaScript, and tools like Jira & Confluence.
  • Experience with KPIs and dashboards (Grafana, Splunk, Kibana).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
